Why have the box set if you already own the three CD's? Seriously, is there anything special about it like added tracks or at least additional liner notes or something?

Because it's possible that you don't already own these three albums and want to buy all of them at a reduced price.

Because it's possible that you are a total fanatic and want to buy everything new that comes from the band, no matter if it's the same darn thing.

Of course I have Japanese version too but I think you don't have to buy it unless you're a collector.
The album jacket is beautiful but the package is kinda cheap.

I did that for Emperor, I had the 5 full lenght and when Candlelight released them in limited editions with box sets, I bought them again
