Cant... sleep..... Argh!

Darn it, i hate it when you just cant drop off to sleep.

And the more annoying thing is i got no one to share it with

Im gonna be soo wasted in the morning, wont be able to work

I've just finished work matey boy, bizarrely enuff i had an urge to call u at 2am on a fag break, but didnt.

Finally got sum shut eye at 3AM or around, and im shagged.

If youd phoned me id of only been able to communicate in grunts tho

lo.. that happened to me a few weeks ago... i got off line to go to bed ... lay there for an hour... decieded sod it... got back on line and had missed everyone...

Im never drinkin a caffeine drink again after 7pm lol

Happens all the time. It's worst when you feel sleepy, let your head hit the pillow and then instantly feel awake

I have nights like that once in awhile. I just end up really hyper so I usually stick a good CD on, it helps relax me and quiet me back down.
