Not sure about getting from the Megabus Stop to the Hotel though..i guess taxi or something.

If you're talking about the official hotel, it's doable with public transit, but it takes two buses and about an hour. So a taxi might be more efficient. Most of the downtown St. Paul hotels should be reachable with a single bus ride.
