Why? Cuz im broke to the point that 25 bucks sometimes is all i have left to live on in a month.. I guess im not worthy of being a thrax fan

I look at it like the old days of fan clubs.
Say the Part I Day in the Life came free in the mail to you, and you need to be a member of the fan club for part II.
When I was an NFC member in the 90s, I didn't get the newsletter for free. Same thing here.
$25= T-shirt, beer coolie, autographed photo (if you signed up in time). PLUS all the other fun crap.

I hear you mate - I will probably end up joining the CDC but I still think it sucks to have to pay to read Scott/Charlie's writings when no too long ago it was accessible for free.
Like I said earlier I have brought all the cd's, got a heap of shirts and been to two concerts.... now I need to pay to access the CDC....
Just a suggestion - maybe have a 'free/limited' access to the CDC where you can read the blogs, but you need to pay to have your own anthrax.com address and access mp3/video clips.

My problem is that I only have 56k connection, so streaming video/audio is a little slow, and I am not overly fussed about having an anthrax.com address.
