I'm not sure. I know that the entire matches aren't staged, especially when there are 8 people in one match. Usually when it's two to a match, they talk about the main things they want to do and then they fill in their own shit. Sometimes they'll whisper shit to each other during matches when they are getting the other in a hold or something. With 8 people like that match was though, I'm sure 70-80% of it was improvised, which may have included the putting the guy 'through' a ladder.
