Circle 2 Circle Progpower Video?

I am looking at the new Circle 2 Circle CD "Delusions Of Grandeur". This limited edition has listed "Revelations-"Video From Progpower Festival USA". I haven't picked it up but was wondering two things:

1. What year was this shot?
2. Is this also going to be released on the new PP DVD (If it was from last year?)?

The PPUSA VII DVD has "Revelations" on it, though the audio was hardly live.
