I think this is a big reason why he kept his illness to himself and his friends. Portnoy said he knew he was sick but said nothing more, there has been a few other who said similar but this guy's gotta come out and try and big note himself with news other people aren't sharing. Maybe they can get the lawyers from both parties to explain the legal outcomes of the cases so that people can finally hear for themselves what actually happened instead of making up it
