News on all the feeds this morning is that Ozzy has parkinsons. Sharon's been quick to suggest that it's not life threatening and Ozzy has said that it's been a hard road to recovery from his fall 14 months ago which the parkinsons hasn't helped.
I don't know if it's the same parkinsons that Glenn Tipton has but it does seem that Sharon and Ozzy are still talking about gigs, just not tours, which he's been saying for 25 years anyway.

I don't know what the different kinds are. My dad who is 80, now has it for about 10 years but he's doing fairly well I think. He has his issues. But he's mostly normal as far as he lets on anyway. Hope Ozzy has a mild form. If that's a thing.

Sharon said something about Prk2 but I don't know what that means. I think the important thing to focus on is the bit where she says it's not life threatening. We all know Ozzy's best days are gone, but that doesn't mean he hasn't still got something to offer. It might not be the same thing as he's offered for 50 years, but I'm sure there is something.
As usual Blabber and other sites have people bashing Sharon for all it's worth and people are saying she needs to step back and let Ozzy retire. But I say fuck that, if Ozzy wants to keep doing things, if he wants to do gigs, albums, appearances, whatever then let the guy do them. Sure Sharon still controls a fair bit of Ozzy's life, she's his manager that's what they do, but from what I see Ozzy still has a mind of his own and he does things he wants too. People saying it's all Sharon's decision to me are worse than Sharon because they are basically saying Ozzy is incapable of being himself.

Once upon a time I might have thought Jack would be into that but these days I'm not so sure. He might well be as successful as he is because of his dad but I think he's doing alright without living off the name now. Kelly I'm not so sure about, I think she's married to a developer or something so again she might not need the money her dad's legacy might bring. Amy is the unknown because she remained fairly quite. I doubt she will be a money grabbing bitch but who knows.
