Its empty because no one is in there! If people idled, they would be in there and they could check back and forth to see if anyone is active in the channel. Also, when people idle, it makes people who just connected want to stay in the channel. If someone joins and only sees me in the fucking channel, well, that's kind of boring don't you think?
