I believe she is 17 because she acts just like a 17 year old girl who doesn't have a clue about the realities of life and continues to gock at celebraties and the high life. Which they will never reach but it won't be for a few more years until she realizes that and is always believing she'll one day be better than she is now but will never reach it.
