Cold War and Super...Heroes?

I got it from your mom, last night.

If you know what I'm talking about.

And I think you know what I'm talking about.

I've got the videotape, and it doesn't look like anything about literature is discussed. The audio isn't so good, though, so I could be wrong.

Oh, I got your joke to the fullest, if you know what I'm talking about.

And I think you know what I'm talking about.

He's missing out on perhaps the single greatest example of that medium, then, in terms of fulfilling its creative potential. Not to mention one of the best stories ever. Ironically, even though the Cold War is gone, the significance of that piece has not really diminished over the years.

Yeah, I honestly agree, and no matter how much I read it, it always draws an equally strong reaction every time, even though I know exactly what's coming. Chapter four still remains my favorite chapter, probably because when I first read it, that was the point where I said, "Holy shit," and didn't put it down until I finished it. Well, I might have put it down reluctantly, once or twice. No worries, though, I have forced it upon my brother, and he's reading it at the moment. I'm also planning to force it on people who have never read a graphic novel.
