Touch of reverb (around 4)

Nope. Because on a good amp, having the bass to 10 doesn't make your tone muddy, it just gives it balls.

Good thing those woods are cheap. Otherwise I'd have to import maple and alder and other stuff at insanely high prices


Bout the amps...
Yeah, even when using bad amps I max out bass, otherwise it would lose all the punch and be good for blues and stuff...

Hey Gav, just listened to this decapitated stuff - very good tone, indeed! Specially on the leads. But the best tone I've ever heard was Chris Broderick from Jag Panzer, "casting the stones" cd....
