actually if you are into Björk you should check out Emilie Simon, it's hard to get into at the very beginning (since it's somewhat electronic/ambient, not techno though, and many of the lyrics are french...) but once you get a hang of it, it's making you addicted! Truly one of my biggest discoveries in the last few years...
