my shell is down so im not on IRC 24/7 like i usually do

Blame it on the internet! Sometimes it's cause the server you're trying to reach is far away and things on the internet are slowing down, or because connections somewhere between your internet provider and the IRC server are broken. Maybe you just have to wait it out.

actually....
since my shell is down, i connected to Efnet from my PC, and then when i wanted to connect again from my laptop, i didnt have an open slot... so it was completely MY FAULT.

EfNet sucks so hard.
