I just got note from the school saying the government have authorised 2 more student free days to this years calendar to be used as the schools see fit. Our school chose Friday, the last day of term and the first day of next term. I'm not that threatened by this virus in my kids school and the teachers don't want to be sending the kids home because they know online education will not work, but this tip toeing around everything and offering a day off here and a day off there is bullshit.
