These are even old, now that i look at it. I've lost a few pounds again, man...only a few to go and i'm there! (i'm gonna tell you all a little secret in here: two years ago i weight more than 110 kilo's..that's about 220 pounds!
I already lost more then 60 pounds..pfff..and tomorrow i have to go to the gym, again!
Man, i feel so wonderful nowadays, ok..i go the the gym like i live there but i know why i'm doing it! POE is perfect for a good workout, that's even more addictive!
When i'm ready for it, i'll send you some newies.

I'm gonna make an appointment at the vet this week, to see if they can give me the evidence i need to break the worldrecord!
Ok, i might as well tell everybody in here now, i have a pigeon, Basje is his name, it's a male pigeon and he's the same age as i am. I got him from my mom when i turned 1 year old. I just surfed in one day, to the guinness world book of records-site and discovered that the oldest pigeon was 22 and he died this year so...
I gave it a shot and i have the papers already...now i only need evidence to break the worldrecord!
I'll keep you posted about it!
