Could use some suggestions for my mix/master

For a friend who tracked everything himself (No Vocals). Finishing up mixing/mastering. Using standard Pro Tools comp/reverbs (Purchasing all new things soon)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

As above - too much compression and try to make more natural sounding drums (velocity).
