Cubase 5 with profire 2626

i have installed the drivers for my computer (windows xp sp3) but i cant get any input into cubase. everything is right on the 2626 and i have gone on to device setup and i have the m-audio asio enabled but it is all inactive and i have no idea how to make it active becuase i have never used the m-audio asio controls before.

anybody got any ideas or need me to give any more infomation?

Go into device setup and change the asio the m-audio ones if you havnt already

change asio to Maudio in transport/device setup and then set the inputs/outputs in transport/vst connections
