I would love to see Overkill or Testament live. I missed them back in the 80's and 90's. Or how about a Flotsam and Jetsam show with Newsted on bass?

Overkill is touring at the end of the year and Testament are pretty good live but I have seen them twice and that is enough for me.

Finally, something to go our way!! We have just confirmed MP's replacement for the Friday co-headliner slot, and we hope to make the announcement tomorrow after hopefully confirming the Saturday headliner today (which BTW has 4 of 5 members in & ready to go).

I'm also very curious to see the reaction to Friday's band choice, because this will certainly weed out the "true" power metal fans! Some of you power metal newbies may not be too excited, but all I will have to say to that will be "Shame on you!!!"

Any of the veterans who remember the bands who were popular during the Powermad (the fest, not the band...haha) years will shit!!

I'm so fuckin' happy right now, I'm just giddy!! :danceboy:

Excellent news! I'm not a big powermetal fan, but that really doesn't matter. There's already enough diversity in this fest to keep me happy. Looking forward to the official announcement!
