D.I suggestions (already have the reamp)

Hey folks gonna be tracking at a friends house using a 'rme multiface' into nuendo, And will reamp later on a pro tools hd system.

I've been using one called 'countryman inc' or something like that recently but am not liking the results.

All suggestions welcome. Keep in mind I'm trying to get the best results for reamping in a proper studio later on (I know the rme multiface isn't the best preamp/conversion wise but it's the best we can do)

Radial, or if you have the technical know how build one yourself with a Jensen Transformer.

I guess a price range would be good to know. Avalon makes $1000 DI's
