What's the band's relationship with Dan nowadays? Do you ever think he'll play with them again? Are the bridges burned?

Dan's made some weird comments and I don't understand the whole watch repair sideline, but I have to say I really enjoy his guitar work on the albums he's on. I think he was a big part of their sound and did a great job.
