The last time I saw Anathema on tour was for the Judgement album. Danny told me he had just recently changed his guitar effects at that time.

What did he buy? I love the guitar sound on track 10 of Judgement - sounds a bit like Dire Straits "Brothers In Arms".

I have never seen their live...so poor~I live too far~~
I have seen some pics of anathema's live
He used Line 6 amp and foot controllor on stage long time ago.
In judgement Tour period,he uses Boss GT-5 Multi-effect,2 amp headeavey 5150 head 100w and Sovtek mig 100H and 2 Marshell Cab.
Guitars he usesRS Custom 22 and Gibson Studio.
In fact,I think Foot Multi-effect is not the best quality product.
if you mean the sound in the album,I think he has got more powerful effect to record.(just I think)...and the mixing and mastering is so important of course~
GT-5 is just for live performent.

Are you shure about that? I have seen a few anathema bootleg videos from the Judgement tour and he uses a Flextone HD(By Line 6) and Marshall cabs.
He used something diffrent when i saw them on AFDTE tour though(mabye Peavey).

Yes..I can be so sure that he uses Peavey 5150 head,Sovtek Mig 100H and GT-5,I saw the pics so much times~~
and I have got some bootleg video of them too.
he used to use Line 6 long time b4.

Danny mentioned to me at that time that the board he uses has a built-in "wah" pedal. Which is it likely to be?
