Vinny is technically better, so what? Since when does technicality take the front seat in determining if a song is good or not? A lot of stuff are simple techinically and are light years better than those super techinical songs. I think the song "are you there" wouldnt be better if vinny sang it. It has a certain mood and influence, that I believe only danny would be able to recreate with this particular song. And thats why I think danny is singing it rather than vinny. ah, lets see how it fits in the album anyway. oe.

i mean, where is the emotional guitar? the emotional vocals? okay it's moody and that but not that anathema. it's a kind of "a fine day to exit" and antimatter. it's not that pop like AFDTE was but still a style change.

i think the song is okay but i prefer songs like "one last goodbye" and "regret" and something like that.

so i hope there will be more guitars, and more emotions...

This is among the best Anathema songs I've heard, and I personally prefer Danny's voice just based on this mp3. But then again I'm not a "fan" of the band as such, only listened to their music as "good music" so I don't have many preconceptions on what they should sound like.

it's getting better and better. the voice fits on that song, right. for me the song is okay. not that good like anathema was years ago but still good.

i think i was just dissapointed because danny said it's going in the direction of earlier anathema like eternity...

i'll buy the album anyway. but also the hardcore anathema fans: please show a bit of tolerance here if someome doesn't like the song that much.
