Ok smarty pants, if not progressive then how would you define this band?

thanks to this forum I heard about the band Anglagard. They're not 60's and 70's but they seem to be inspired by it and it seems pretty dark and really progressive. here is a link to an awsome song of theirs: http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=18

The song "Sun Symphonica" off of Jan Dukes de Grey's Mice and Rats in the Loft definitely deserves a mention.

Starts off kind of happy-sounding, but by the end of the 18 minutes its descended into a kinda-crazy dark vibe.
