I would like to explore more music genres:)
is anybody here into music like Die Verbantte Kinder Evas. I like that kind of music a lot, especcially when i would like to sleep, hehe. Are there more bands which I should check out????

btw I thought that Die verbanntte... is dark-wave, maybe it is not so if it's not please tell me what kind of music it is:)

I thought it is a kind of very spheric music. You know, keyboards, folk/classical vocals etc. Sometimes it sounds a bit like Enya. I am very new to this kind of music so I hope someone can tell me more.:)

Ok, does not sound like my kind of music really :)

This music is not dark-wave/gothic, but very nice indeed:

Kailash: very calm music, with lots of didgeridoo and nature sounds (and animal sounds, like dolphins "singing")

Richard Searls: classical/folk/medieval-sounding - mostly the kind of music that puts you in a light and good mood. Little lyrics.

None of this is metal at all, btw.

well, i like darkwave quite a lot! i listen to dagaard, wolfsheim, Deine Lakeien and also enya;)!
but some stuff quite sucks!
@Ymir:it should be "Die verbannten Knder Evas" translates to "Evas' bannished children"!:D however, i don't know the band!

For more stuff along the lines of actual Darkwave here's a Russian page i came across a while back, !

Nattestid stole my post! :D
i thought i knew a lot of Darkwave bands but now i can't remember any.... maybe you'd like Aghast too, YMIR! ;)

Oh, by the way, welcome Nattestid.. if (s)he plans to keep posting :)
