Yeah, I also love the ending, but there are 2 better parts:

The ending, texturally, reminds me of parts of And Justice For All. Go ahead, flame away...it does though.

Hmm i like AJFA but I dont see the similarity. Ok as for the ending its nothing short of phenominal. The repetition just puts you in a trance and the riff is simply the most catchy thing ever created.

I don't like the ending much. The whole thing loops a few too many times. It seems as if just that part alone adds to 50% of song length. Not to mention the rhythmic part everyone loves is only one chord :s
It's not the point, that just this riff is awesome, btw. it definatly is. It's the atmoshaere created w/ this loop, just awesome ... especially with this drumming and this awesome insane background guitar ... its hypnotism

seen from a musical side, especially guitar players, the last riff is easy but regarding the whole beat it is one of the best drumming stuff I haveever heard. The thing is that the guitar is so easy and the drums so hard, I like that combination. But the best Ending form deliverence is, no-question, BY THE PAIN I SEE IN OTHERS, the last minutes are unbelievable, try it with headphones, I get high every time I listen to it.

it is definetely a marvelous ending. the fact that it is just one chord doesn't matter to me at all......someone mentioned "atmosphere" yah.....i would definetely say that is why i love this part......wow

The closing section is crushing live...and I don't mind that it's a single theme, it has a great feel to it and there's tons of rhythmic variation to prevent it from sounding repetitive.

I like that piano or whatever it is, that sounds dark and atmospheric, in the ending riffs. The Double Bass rules too.

I love the ending to Deliverance. It gives Martin Lopez a chance to show off on drums. And I agree, the last few minutes in By the Pain I See in Others is fucking awesome
