Designer's Mouse/Pen??

Hello,
I just recently got into graphic design and I was wondering if there is any type of pencil/pen styled mouse. I can't imagine having to continue editing my pieces using a regular mouse.

Anyway, if anyone knows anything about this, please let me know.
