Godflesh definetely!! get the albums Streetcleaner, Pure, and Hymns. I don't know if you'll really like them, though, as they're different from NIN: very repetitive, non-melodic and dark!

Red Harvest is top notch. Godflesh is classic. Aborym is industrial black metal. Anaal Nathrakh is extreme industrial black metal. Phantomsmasher is very chaotic industrial noise metal. Agoraphobic Nosebleed is sort of insane industrial grindcore.
None of these bands have much resemblence to NIN. Other than the fact that they use electronics in their music.

Not metal by any means (there's a Slayer sample in one of his songs and every once in a while he'll throw a guitar riff in) but :Wumpscut: is infinately better than every band mentioned thus far, combined (I love Dodhimsgard, but I would never call them industrial).
Din Fiv is good, Zeromancer is awesome! Also if you like metal check out the Kovenant no doubt. They kick ass nice electronic metal its great

Wow! I almost forgot I had that album. They only released one right?
Anyway. Try KMFDM. I think Trent took a que from these guy's for sure. And an Aussie band called Def FX had a couple of kool tunes, but more Doof Metal then Industrial Metal.
