Yea, don't be smart and say "what kind of question is that?" because some people don't stretch. Stretching helps a lot, when I do it properly. 90% of the time I just wake up and want to play so bad I half-ass the stretching. Then it takes me about 40 minutes to warm up, How long does it take you guys to warm up? 20-40 minutes here (hands) Feet is like an hour sometimes, atthe absolute most.
