and yeah, it depends, but you can get it within a week ... I always got order from the US in about 4 or 5 days, through regular mail.

This place is located in the USA. I think they just haven't updated their page yet, to reflect the North American release date... I'm sure that anyone that orders from this place won't get their release until November.

As long as I know, it's going to be released on October 22nd for Europe, and November 20th for N.A. Maybe there have been changes, though.

i dont really get it,why would anyone sit and listen to a live cd when they can both listen and see on the live dvd.In my opinion,most songs played live sounds worse than on a recorded album.But being able to see the band is a whole different thing.And hey,lets be honest here,the best thing about dvd´s as this one is the bonus and backstage material.
