Elitist - Echo In The Room practice

Andrew_Anakin

Shokran - Exodus soon...
Hey guys! So i've found Elitist's stems on the song Echo in the room and i've decided to learn what they did there and to try make that sound.
It's not about copying, just studying)
So here is my try! (It's just a little fragment)

0:00-0:05 is everything mine
0:06-0:14-Elitist song from that stems
I feel that i couldn't make bass more punchy, and my kick with the snare can feel better with another editing.
For the Guitar i've used my old Cort KX5 (i just don't own any better guitar yet) and recorded DI's to my soundcard. Then-TSE808+Le456+Messiah cab+many of EQ+bxshredspread to make them wider. Also sent them to amp room a little bit to make them quite more natural.
Bass-Orange tree samples. Made two tracks-DI and distortion.
For the drums-Steven Slate 3.5+aptrigga to mix with other samples. (I've used some samples from Erkan's collection)
Lead Guitar-made a huge high and low cut+rev+delay

So, what can you tell me? Cause my ears are maybe tired(

P.P.S. Here is another sound of this song (Made it more agressive and massive)

Took out the bass track and added the bass vst I made.
Everything was was left alone.
Master bus was SSL comp 2 ratio, 2db reduction > L2 2db reduction at loudest parts.
