Urgh, that was me bitching about my horrible experience with tech support! I spent 4 friggin hours on the phone, talking to countless morons, being transferred at least 9 times, waited on hold for aaages, making about a gazillion calls, etc.

The worst part was my encounter with that insolent ass of a 'man'. SOME techie he was! I'm on dialup and he actually said, 'You are on the phone. Obviously you can't connect.'
