ENGL, DFH EZX, short new Clip!

:loco: @ shadow walker, haha. Thanks!

I'm only using 'verb on the snare and some of the vocals. Audio Damages' 'Reverence' is my new go-to reverb plug, good stuff there.

The kick sample was a mix of 2 different kicks and the snare was just slightttly blended with the 'Sneap' snare which I then EQ'ed a bit to gel with the sound I was going for.

I also EQ'ed and compressed the original snare quite a bit. I found that they sound good by themselves, but once I threw it in the mix almost all of them seemed a bit to thin or rather, didn't have the sound I was looking for. I do have to say however, I love the variety of different sounding snares included..

I'm still using the URS EQ's for almost everything I need to spice up, as well.

I'm going to try to get a longer clip up soon, a little revised and so on. So, thanks to all who commented!

Sounds great as always Charlie. You're running T-75s in your Marshall right? I personally like the T-75s alot more than vintage 30's even though its a little tricky to mic properly. You obviously did a great job.

thanks bro! Yes, still using the T-75's. I'd eventually like to swap 2 V30's in the cab for an X-pattern type of deal. The 75's always seems to have kind of a distant sound to them, where as V30's have that nice 1k-ish spike to 'em right off the bat.

take it easy all!
