Last time I was in a guitar center, I was playing Death and some guy came up to me running and screamed DEATH FUCKING RULES, BUT STANDARD TUNING DOESN'T!!! All guitars are standard-tuned at that shop, so Flesh and the Power it Holds was all peepee'd.

Do you even know what you are talking about? When Kirk recorded his sloppy solos on say, and justice for all, there were a dozen other guitarists at that time that could actually play in sync and had much better feel and technique. A bit late, sorry, but Eric Johnson is indeed pure gold. His performance of 'Manhattan' on the G3 DVD is mindblowing.

it was a good show. maybe a bit short for the money...but i have seen EJ and Sach so many times it didnt matter. Eric only played for about an hr. But just to see him on stage is such a treat. Sach was also good. i wanted a track off SBM but nothing...thats ok good times had for sure.

The show was yesturday, i have have to say it was pretty badass.
The guards were being gay and preventing anybody from getting up front. But right before the encore, me and my friends rushed them and i got right up to the stage. The bastard next to me caught a pick which i wanted though...
and nicko mcbrain (drummer from iron maiden) was in the audience and i got to meet him, so that was cool.
