you know that dairy queen soft serve type of ice cream? thats also known as frozen custard, only real frozen custard is creamier.
italian ice is kind of like a slushie.
so...a slushie of your preferred flavor, with vanilla, chocolate, twist, or strawberry frozen custard in the middle of it.
