I was thoroughly let down as well-- That show is the biggest joke! I did get a kick out of watching the Headbangers Ball uncensored show after that-- That somewhat made up for the new show-- nice to see some of the old stuff! Did anybody see the Dimmu Borgir video? That was totally wicked! That in the In Flames were pretty cool.
Looking forward to 5/17 in San Francisco! 6 blocks from my house- I am psyched!

Tonight at the show Tom said the video got hung up in Canadian customs so they played both of the "old" videos instead. They will air it soon.

Sorry I just caught the questions in this thread gang! What happened is, the video was stuck in Canadian customs and therefore did not make it in time to air on Friday. It SHOULD be on there this week, but hopefully at latest next week. That's why they didn't specifically say "next week". Hope this helps (It surprised me too!).

and they actually call it "Headbangers Ball" when it’s just an advertisement for Mtv2's tours/albums, Hatebreed and the hardcore scene. the In Flames video was ready as soon as the album was released and it seems like eons have based since Iron Maiden's "Rain Maker" was posted on their site, but instead of showing them when they came out they hammer us with the same hardcore boring crap week after week.

P. S. I harassed Henrick in Cleveland about his "performance". He looked like he was scared to death (he said he WAS!). I said not to worry, no one watches Headbangers Ball anyway----LOL

I think the only reason a lot of people tuned into Headbangers Ball that weekend was *because* Evergrey was hosting! I still haven't seen it yet - I don't have MTV2, so I'm waiting for someone to digitize it and put it online. Apparently a few people are working on it...

I have crappy cable, so I don't get Fuse/MTV2/ any other good music channel. Sucks so bad. I get MTV *whoohoo..* and VH1 (good but has no IE/Eg). Man my life is horrible, no headbangers ball... haha.

BTW---When will Evergrey tour the US again?
