Everyone's top 5 bands other than Anthrax?

?!?!?!?!?!? I HAVE TO FUCKING HEAR THIS

5--oh so hard to choose. Definitely:
FAITH NO MORE--probably my top, er, 1
Pantera (not so much anymore, but when I was 19, Jesus, watch out)
Nine Inch Nails
Metallica
Goddammit I can't do it. Rest of Top 10, not including Anthrax:
Van Halen (Roth era + 5150)
Slayer
Fishbone
Prince (yep)
Fear Factory
Mr. Bungle
Red Hot Chili...wait, that's 11...fuck this...
Dude, Prince is one of the most underrated guitarists ever. When he wants to the guy can play his ass off! Plus according to Charlie Murphy he's an INCREDIBLE basketball player!

Shame I gotta limit this to just five... and my tastes are across the board, so I'll try to limit this to hard rock/metal. In no particular order:

AC/DC
Black Sabbath
Motorhead
Iron Maiden
Van Halen

1) AC/DC
2) COC (and as partly an extension: Down)
3) Motorhead
4) Iron Maiden (by extension: Bruce Dickinson...Tyranny of Souls: Best metal album of 2005!!!)
5) In Flames

Any of the above bands, I will buy their album the day it comes out (sooner if possible) without having heard anything off it, because I have faith that it will be killer.

Honorable mention to Suicidal Tendencies, Megadeth, Nashville Pussy, Superjoint Ritual (and Pantera RIP)

Five?! That's a tough one. Changes all the time, but right now:

Minutemen (not Minuteman!)
Meshuggah
Cryptopsy
Opeth
Atheist

Oh, that's funny, those guys change all the time too! Must be technical week over at Jinx's ;)
