Fallout Boy covers Pantera [video]

That's the only song any band ever covers by Pantera. If you're gonna play a cover at least play something interesting, even CBFH would be cool! I'm 100% serious when I say I've personally seen at least 4 bands cover Walk, not counting youtube videos. hehe, I'm overreacting but yeah. Boring. :)

Anyway, I don't like this cover, but whatever. They're trying to bring metal to some emo kids so it's not all bad.

somehow at the of every song at a concert there is some sort of opportunity to play walk. just like when there is sustaining feedback and the drummer gets an urge to play the tom intros to raining blood. those are like the two most "trap" easily to play covers at the end of every concert.

Nio offence, but i agree with Sinister Mephisto, this was just another half bad cover of walk.
The problem with covering Pantera is that Pantera sounded Pantera only because each member in the band had a unique style/tone that no one can mimic.
To this day i have not heard one really good Pantera cover. :/

Hell Yeah covered Metallica covering Queen the other night...

They suck too [Hell Yeah, that is] but not as bad as Fallout Gay

Walk was covered to many times, the only band I know which should cover Pantera is a German band called Inner Strenx (don't know if they still exist) they very really good, did some Rock/Pantera Mix and their guitarplayer looked like Dime a bit (the hair :D ) and played a Washburn Dime ( I think he plays guitar for Deadborn, technical Death Metal, too).
And the only song I would want to hear is "I'm broken" imho one of the greatest Pantera songs ever! Love it! (and I like almost everything of Pantera...)

I Agree!
Its so good damn annoying knowing that theres such a powerfull drummer in that band, but it feels like he cant tear it up like he used to. :erk:

Exactly. It just happens... never intended to play it, but about every second show I'm playing raining blood with our drummer because of some delay during the show (technical difficulties, or more important: singer talks too much..hehe).

Well, it keeps the crowd entertained if you throw in some Slayer, Metallica, Pantera at times. But if that ends up being the highlight of the show, then you're having a problem.
