fat burning pills

What are some good fitness magazines that are devoid of silly Muscletech ads, dozens of sex columns, GQ fashion faggotry, and other irrelevant caca?

I'm thinking of picking up a subscription to Ironman, as well as Muscle & Fitness. I am aware that there's better information online (T-nation, freakzonline, etcetera, etcetera). What I'm looking for is a good mag to pass some time at work while sitting next to uptight gooks.

Suggestions?

285 for 6 reps.

I would like to thank Doomcifer for being an inspiration. I would also like to thank Hell Us Awaits All's ancestors for dying in the holocaust.

Edit- Counted the weights wrong. 275 for 6 reps. 285 for 5. :erk:

It took 3 months, but I finally hit 285 for 6 reps (and a half) legit. Talk about a natural high. Finally I can work out at the weight Ken warms up with. :kickass:

Pretty good considering I'm coming off of illness and have seriously cut my calories. (Cut out bread, beer, cheese, sports drinks, etcetera)

Going for 295 right now. :heh:

Edit - 3 reps @ 295, talk about a drastic drop. :erk:

Aside from her pregnancy, what is your sister's status in life? Single, underemployed, planning to take classes while the grandparents tend to her offspring? If she's anything like you, I cant imagine the daddy sticking around for long.

"You don't know me!"

Jerry, that is unreal. That's like benchpressing 5 EricT's or 1 Krigloch!

You're getting rather ripped, post your formula for success in the fat burning pills thread.

Well, uh...I just make sure to eat balanced meals consisting of protein (whether it be meat or a soy product), fruit and/or vegetables, dairy, and grains if I've got any good bread.

I work out every evening. I work my legs, abs, and back with floor exercises such as crunches, bridging, squats, loads of stretches, etc. Lastly, for my arms I use a resistance band and weights. I've only been using 10lb dumbbells lately. Directly after that I down my soy protein shake.

And that's it! If I get the job at the gym then I'll also be putting in a 15 minute walk to the bus stop :loco:

Go out for American Gladiator, you returning home to an awaiting cat carcass would surely garner you fan support.

Fucking hysterical, how bints need gastic bypass surgeries to shed one roll off their baker's dozen when it's so God damn simple. I was telling that behemoth of a broad who almost schemed her way in to a romantic hike with me, that it's really not God damn hard for her to lose weight. She's one of those people that is always looking for a "get slim quick" gimmick.

The other noche, the bint is drinking her "vitamin" water. Being the asshole that I am, I kindly tell her that she's putting needless calories in to her body. She dumbfoundedly queries what she should be drinking instead. "Uhh, plain water."

I really can't stand that bitch. She almost made me throw up on one occasion when she threw her arms up in the air and danced like she didn't care. It was fucking horrendous.

It resembled something like this, no I'm not kidding.
