Favorite Candlemass album?

Candlemass fucking rule supreme. I have a hard time choosing between Nightfall and Epicus Doomicus Metallicus. I think I may be leaning towards Nightfall but my mind always changes.

Their latest one is ridiculously good as well. It is still growing on me but I can tell it isn;t going to be leaving my system for a while.

i only have two of 'em. ancient dreams and candlemass. the instant i heard messiah on "mirror mirror", he became one of my alltime favorite vocalists. it saddens me to think i missed out on them all these years: i remember seeing one of their albums in my big brother's collection back in the '80s. i couldve been listening to them for 20 years now, not just one.

Gonna go with Epicus... but Nightfall and their new one sometimes challenge it depending upon my mood. the new one really goes well with Rev Biz Crush the Insects.

How is it???

DVD 1 is a 90 minute gig where they play a lot of songs rarely played live, four songs from Ancient Dreams for instance. Picture and sound is great.

DVD 2 has a 55 minute long interview where they re-tell the story of the band, plus 55 minutes of live footage from 87, 89, 92.

Definitely worth the money if you like the music.
