tallsåpa (pine oil soft soap? no idea if this is a "thing" in america or elsewhere) and t-röd (rubbing alcohol?)

youll find that either of these two cheap and natural things work for 99% of everything that ever needs to be cleaned

Diluted Dr. Bronner's in a spray bottle with a few drops of additional essential oils of my choosing. I don't really like to bathe with Dr. Bronner's anymore, but it's good for cleaning surfaces.

its a v traditional and old fashioned common thing here

we have shitloads of forest so it makes sense that folks would have tried making soap (and everything else) out of it

The closest thing we have to that is probably Pine-Sol. Speaking of pine, pine tar soap is great for body cleaning.
