From what I've heard, Devin Townsend is pretty damn good too.

Anders Jacobssen of Draconian has an amazing growl. and if that is him doing teh clean male vocal parts at the end of 'Death Come near me' then he also has quite a nice Clean voice.

What I like most about Devin is how he often shifts from clean to harsh vocals during a single word. Haven't heard anyone else besides him and Zet from Ram-Zet do that
