I don't today but if I was listening to them around their heyday I would because "shock rock bands" had never gone that far as to commiting federal crimes, all they had done mostly was just minor offenses and shock people, not really do as their music says.

I liked his stuff from back in 2000 like Disposable Teens, the Holywood era, I used to listen to a lot of Nu Metal back then. I like Rammstein's new material, not very shocking but I found one of their acts interesting, I read online that if somebody screwed up the stunt someone would get killed during the song Mein Teil, which is where one of the band members is being roasted in a cauldron. They also chase each other with dildos on stage.

Any music that offends someone and makes them feel like their world is being questioned or being crossed into. If some conservative hears a band and their heart skips a beat. Something that makes someone feel they have no clothes on.,etc....

If basic rock elements are being used and someone does not like it that means it's shock rock. Rock is generally considered devil music or shocking. Anything from basic rock and roll to more extreme music. It's all rock and shocking.

His music is regular punk except he just takes things to other extremes based on image and views. When you try and stick fruit up your own ass in front of viewers that is shocking and disgusting. He's actually seems genuinly disgusting rather than putting on an image. He's just a really gross person that would send even the most open minded person away. I was grossed out by him and I like extreme music,movies,etc..

Probably since music can't be shocking unless you could strum some chords that tell someone to fuck themselves. I have never heard someone being offended or shocked by how and instrument is played or strummed(as far as I know). Usually a front person or their lyrics,sound is why musicians than become abnormal/shocking. If somoone thinks everyone in a band is shocking judging their character it's because the singer. Musicians just play instruments.
