Gotta be Gwra or Alice Cooper... Lordi's really cool too but if you wanna be nitty-gritty there more glam rock than Shock.

Alice Cooper & even Iggy Pop are supposed to be the original shock rock guys. Iggy would cut himself on stage with broken bottles.
Marilyn Manson definitely held the torch through the 90's as far as more mainstream guys. He would do all sorts of crazy shit on stage & he even pulled his pants down & rubbed the mic on his ass. He might have tried to fuck himself with the mic, but I'm not 100% sure. He was a sicko.
I sort of look at Cradle of Filth as the Marily Manson of this generation. I don't know how crazy they can get on stage though. I saw them & it wasn't crazy at all. Their videos are pretty cool & crazy though.
I don't know much about Mayhem, but I never knew they were into stage antics & props... Seems a little odd, & it doesn't represent a lot of those types of bands.

Uh, fuck no. MM is Gothic Rock or maybe even Alternative Metal. I never heard anything after "Anti-Christ SuperStar" so I don't know if he turned into Justin Timberlake or not, but my money is on "no".

Another band worth mentioning is Turbonegro, up til their reunion they made some elxelent albums. Too bad they didnt go with the origninal band name "NaziPenis"
