Favorite song from The Odyssey?

i'm choosing the odyssey not because it's the best one, with the best riffs and variety and killer solos, it's just because the theme about the jurney of odysseus is incredible. i always loved that book, it's like a bible to me....if u hadn't read it, i'd reccomend it to you, it's too damn real, it's everyones travesy, everyone's life.

I am currently reading The Iliad(due to chronoligical order, right ?), when I finish I'll get The Odyssey

It's hard to separate 'favorite' song from 'best' song. I mean, "The Odyssey", which I voted for, is IMO the BEST song, but it's not my favorite in the way that I listen to it over and over 'cause, well, it takes a damn long time to listen to! Unless, of course, you put it as background music.

Although I love all the songs on the Odyssey, I voted for Wicked. I really like this song, the lyrics are excellent and it's full of little mannerisms. For example, after the line with long dark hair flowing down her thighs.. Romeo does his trademark high string bend and Russell synch's a "yeah!" with it. Very cool.
The other thing I like is the part where the band cuts the sound and Russell does a mini vocal solo

It was "Wicked" for a really long time, but now it's a close second to "The Odyssey" which just gets better and better with age. "Awakenings" does sum me up quite perfectly though, but lyrics were never a guage for me to pick a best song, they're always a nifty bonus.
That's why Rush is (was) too good.
