as the question asks, simple.
hmn, i like stuff that looks like the stuff it is to tell you the truth, and i also love wierd and unusual art, within reason, i mean i hate stuff where they get a ice cream truck and call it art! wtf! i like that one where flies go into a electric trap thingy, fall to the floor, turn into maggots, and then flies and then go into the trap again. makes you think, anyway i'd have to say Dali is fucking awesome, ever since i saw his exhibition in Itlay ive just loved his stuff, well most of it.

Frank Frazetta (Enough said. :) )

Alex Ross (Makes Superman, Batman and Spiderman look real, you gotta love that!)

Greg Capullo (Spawn artist)

Joe Jusko (He is good. Enough said again!)

Todd Mcfarlane (Back when he could be bothered :) )
Greg and Tim Hildebrandt (These 2 are freakishly good, bright and very colourful, great stuff!!)

Travis Smith (Well, you knew id put him didnt you? Works on Iced Earths albums, and thats good enough for anyone to be included in my list. :) )

If I listed everyone whose art I liked, id be here all day, but those guys are my absolute favourites.

wtf.. me unregistered?! what happened to my cookies? *sniff*

ehmmm Andreas Marshall is great too, but his way is more specific for a kind of music...Could never imagine a cover for Opeth or Dark Tranquillity done by Marshall!!!

Dave McKean - genius

Riggs of course, before he had to use only computers for his art (has some healthy problems when it comes to paints, I believe - not uncommon)

Chester Brown - his comics are the bizz, although it seems very few people know of him :(

Dave Sim & Gerard -- CEREBUS!!!!!!

And yes Spawny, McFarlane used to be good - is he too busy counting his dollars now?;)

Yeah I know, he is only interested in toys now that the comics market has bottomed out, I guess I cant blame him seeing as 90 percent of his money comes from toys.

Dave Sim is great :) Ive never read cerebus though!
