Fun story about this video. It's the only official Bathory video ever. Apparently Quorthon paid some dude $6000 to film this. The guy filmed over 60 hours of footage, then fucked off for a couple months. Quorthon kept sending him letters until the guy finally slapped this together. I honestly think it's one of the better music videos I've seen, in that the footage of random medieval looking people wandering through epic woods more or less complements the song.

I've been listening to Hail - Inheritance Of Evilness a lot the past few weeks. I love everything about it...the aesthetics of the music, production, vocals, lyrics, songwriting. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite albums.

I love the lyrics for this as well. The spoken word intro for 'Let the Wolves Lead you to Satan's Glory' is fucking awesome.

I like the first song by AA a lot. The second one is good, but the vocals aren't that great. Is The Crusher a later album, because he seems to have a better handle on the vocals. I'll know by the time you read this if that assumption is correct, because I am going to Google, or Wiki, it.

The Bathory song, while kind of cool for the atmosphere it creates, is way too repetitive for me. I listened to the first few minutes and then scanned the rest of it, so unless I just had bad luck with the placement as I skipped forward, it never seems to change, aside from a guitar solo.
