I'm pretty positive this is my final. Comments appreciated. Used all sorts of fun guitar/bass reamping on this. (watch in 1080p for best quality, or download here

I knew I couldn't out-mix many of the guys on here, so I went a different route and decided to make a Metallica S&M style orchestral version!

Let me know what you think guys:

Ah I tried that, it was doing some edit thing to brighten the picture so must have fucked with the embedding, cheers dude :)

Anyone else than me getting the "matched third party content" on the video?
What should i do about it? Just let it be?

Yeah I got that, I think it's maybe something to do with Feared getting their royalties from the video plays? I just clicked accept. This is the first time I've uploaded anything to Youtube so I don't really know much about these things.

I just linked to the contest page and said it was an entry for a contest.
It was removed instantly.

Here´s our entry

we thought a string intro would fit nicely just to set a tranquil and dark atmosphere and to build up some tension for that brutal beginning of the song. The strings are two violas and four violins (real instruments, no VIs), played and recorded by us. Soundwise we liked to keep it pure and brutal, as straight-in-your-face as possible ;)

The guitars are reamped through a Diezel VH4 and a Mesa Rectifier 2x12 horizontal cab with a Shure SM57.

Enjoy...

So, finally uploaded my entry.

Guitars and bass were reamped through an Axe Fx ultra. Some cool delay+reverb automations.

Went for a more 'rock' kind of sound, if that makes any sense...
