I bought it today from ebay (15 USD shipping inclusive). the cool thing it's that this versione comes in a digipack-sort-of package

@CIS: yeah, should be the same.
@Azzor: I guess it's just the regular cd with an extra cardboard sleeve (like character australian version or katatonia's "the great cold distance" limited, for example). I'll post pics as soon as I get it

I have receive mine. It's a digipack, but perhaps there are two sorts ?
