Yeah I agree totally. For me, part of the whole nostalgia of having a landmark of 30 years for FOM is the production. It was recorded 30 years ago - it should sound like it.

I'd be all in favor of a remaster of anything up to POT. The deluxe edition of ATL sounded really great, if they could give that treatment to all the early album it'd be a nice treat IMO.

Interesting old read. However it brings to mind the horror of The Greater Of Two Evils, the worst Anthrax album of all time bar none. I love both the Bush and Belladonna eras, but this album is just horrible.

I'd love to hear a proper remaster of SOE. That album's production was so rushed - the volume seemed rather quiet too.

I never really gave a shit about remasters or stuff like that. I have no problem listening to the albums as is.

@Thrashard925 SOE was remastered? Really? Didn't know that. Aware some songs got the treatment on the Greatest Hits double CD during the Reunion tour.

SOE was not remastered. Only a handful of songs from it were for the Anthrology set and those sound great!
